With less water content and less water loss than other frozen vegetables options, CM Vegetables deliver better performance in frozen and fresh foods. Pizza crust and dough formulas stay crisper and less moisture is added to sauces, dips, and spreads. These vegetables are ready-to-eat and don't require further cooking so they can be used for refrigerated, frozen or fresh applications such as sandwiches, salads, appetizers, handheld foods, salsas, sauces, cheese spreads, and more.

And because CM Vegetables have lower moisture, higher solid content and are nutritionally dense, it takes 33% less CM Vegetables in application to deliver one vegetable serving as compared to fresh and individually quick frozen (IQF) vegetables.
